Preparing for Change

How do we communicate to others the heart of what we're trying to do? In a manner that is especially effective and clear? Why are we doing what we're doing? In and around the group ride today, we're wrestling with answering these questions in a way that hits the hearts of those that hear of Saddle Lights. We know they are crucial to our fund raising efforts, because people want to support what they understand and have a heart for.

There is great, life-changing, world changing work that will be done in the lives of our riders through Saddle Lights' tours. Hopefully after today, we will be able to better articulate for you what that looks like!

We had the honor of having Jamey Campbell of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations call us this past week, to take time out of his busy schedule to teach us more about raising the funds needed to enable the life-changing experience that Saddle Lights will offer college students. He worked with us for about an hour on different topics and ideas, and we left the conversation immensely blessed by his willingness to help, and the quality of his advice. Thanks, again, Jamey for all your wisdom and time!

Pray with us and for us, that God will give us the words and vision for how to present the incredibly life-changing effect that Saddle Lights will have for the students that ride, to those that ask about this ministry.

Blessings in Him,
Jesse & Kelly
